Been on a sourdough journey with my century old starter(Agatha) and her chocolate twin(Cromwell) hence the name of this cookie. One of my favourite movie characters now named after a new favourite cookie flavour.
Cromwell cookie - Guittard semisweet chocolate chips and Callebaut milk chocolate chunks in a double chocolate sourdouugh cookie. Topped with Maldon flakey sea salt.
Allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, and soybeans. Prepared in an environment which handles nuts and peanuts. Suitable for vegetarians.
