While Sugar High aims to get orders out to you via next day shipping, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed or have the incorrect address.
Once an item has dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to then follow up with for yourselves. This means once the package leaves us it is out of our hands.Sugar High is also not responsible for items that are damaged due to warmer months, adverse weather conditions, and other delays by our chosen courier.

Shipping Information:

All mainland UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. Northern Ireland orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Once orders are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 2 - 5 business days for processing and 1 - 5 business days for delivery.
